This policy explains what data the Vida Ustası mobile game (the "Game") processes, why, and your rights. By using the Game you accept this policy.

1. What we process

Game data (on your device): level progress, coins, lives, tool counts, settings (sound, language) and event state are stored on your device. They are not tied to an account and are not sent to us.

Advertising data: the Game shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may process the device advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / IDFA), IP address, device model and OS version. On first launch a Privacy screen lets you choose "Personalised ads" or "Only what is needed"; you can change the choice any time under Settings > Privacy. On iOS the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt is shown as well. How Google uses data: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Purchase data: in-app purchases are processed by Google Play and the Apple App Store. We never see or store your payment details; only the purchased product id and receipt validation are processed.

Usage analytics: anonymous gameplay events (level start/end, continues, tool use, ad and purchase events) are recorded on the device and evaluated in aggregate to balance the Game. They contain no name, e-mail or precise location.

Notifications: local notifications (lives refilled, daily gift, ending event) are scheduled on your device and send no data to a server. You can disable them in the device settings.

2. Why

To run the Game and keep your progress,
To offer the Game for free through ads,
To deliver and restore purchases,
To balance difficulty and economy and to find bugs.

3. Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13. Where a region or store label requires it, ads are served in child-appropriate mode.

4. Sharing

Data is shared only with the advertising (Google AdMob) and store (Google Play, Apple) providers, to the extent needed to provide the service. We do not sell data.

5. Retention and deletion

Game data stays on your device until you uninstall the Game. You can reset your advertising identifier in the device settings.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR and similar laws you may access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data. Requests: support@mellowis.com

7. Changes

When this policy changes, this page and the in-game Privacy screen are updated; material changes ask for renewed consent.
